- In a pot add Water. Bring it to Boil.
- Add Salt.
- Mix Food Colour with Water. Add it in the Boiled Water. Mix it.
- In it add Rice. Cook until Rice are 3/4 Done/Cooked.
- Strain and Set aside.
- In the Same Pot add Ghee and Green Cardomom. Add the Rice.
- Add Sugar.
- Cook until Sugar dissolves. (Approx 10-15 minutes on Medium LowFlame).
- Add Kewra Essence, Knoya and Tutti Fruities. Steam Cook for 10 minutes. (Don't burn anything).
- Zarda is ready. You can even add some more Toppings.
- Enjoy your meal.
