- Knead into a dough and form into a ball and let double in size
- Cut across doubled dough and bake to a golden brown at 220 for around 20mins
- Glaze with apricot jam while still warm then add warm fondant on top
- Sprinkle nuts and let cool
- Serve it to the multitudes
